In a new recruitment process organized under the European Funds for a Modern Economy (FENG) program, i.e. the successor of POIR, will start. Moreover, the Ecological Loan competition will be launched in , entrepreneurs will be able to apply for support to improve energy efficiency by modernizing infrastructure. Loan for technological innovations – continuation or revolution? In the years - , as part of the Smart Growth operational program (POIR), as many as calls for proposals for the Loan for technological innovations competition were organized. Due to its great popularity, it was decided to continue it in a new perspective.

According to the information provided by representatives of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, the key rules of the competition will remain unchanged. Only entrepreneurs belonging to the SME sector will be eligible to start. The form of support will also be maintained, in the competition it will be photo retouching possible to apply for a subsidy (technology bonus) for the repayment of part of the technological loan granted by the lending bank, i.e. one of the commercial banks cooperating with BGK. A loan for technological innovations is intended to be used to implement new technologies technological innovations. Two scenarios are possible - entrepreneurs may have innovative technology or purchase it from external entities.



The cost of purchasing technology may be an eligible cost in the project. The result of technology implementation must be the introduction of new or significantly improved products or services to the market. The competition will finance the following costs: purchase or production of fixed assets, including transport, assembly and commissioning costs; purchase of developed and undeveloped real estate; purchase of construction works and materials for the construction, expansion and adaptation of buildings, structures or parts thereof; purchase of intangible assets e.g. specialized software
